There is a place where the safety key can be placed to open the safe. Hi have you tried to push in the on the door then while holding press on the door turn then handle to allow the locks to release. Pull off the keypad or dial on the combination sentry safe by depressing the plastic or metal part around the safe. If the handle has slipped try keeping it in the horizontal position after you use your key to pop out the cylinder and enter your combination code and then push on it to hopefully put it back in place to catch the mechanism and open.
